Criteria

1. Applicant must have a recommendation from a current Builder member.
2. Applicant must own a business or serve in a management capacity of a business involving home building, home remodeling or land development.
3. Applicant must have a letter of recommendation from two previous customers.
4. Applicant must furnish two supplier references, two subcontractor references and two banking references.

Items above are not required for Associate Members.
