Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Sales and Design Consultant. The Kitchen Sales and Design Consultant will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing expert guidance throughout the kitchen remodeling process. We are looking for someone with a sales background and a proactive mindset. Our company partners with quality manufacturers and professional service on all aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We offer an aggressive commission-based sales position with high upside, six month guarantee with benefits.





  • Alignment with the company vision and core values
  • Present quality kitchen and bath designs and estimates according to the client’s needs
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for assigned and prospective clients
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, produce use, and payment terms.
  • Provide value-added, after-sale service and support to nurture customer relationships and loyalty
  • Track and report customer contacts, leads and sales
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.



  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • At least two years of proven sales experience in the kitchen industry with a strong ability to close the deal
  • Excellent fluency in Microsoft Office and related programs
  • Moderate to expert working knowledge of computers, web-based software
  • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations
  • Experience using 20/20 Design
  • Knowledge of kitchen appliances, materials, and trends
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team player focused on working together toward our combined success
  • Basic knowledge of residential construction
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
