Account Manager/Customer Service Rep. - MultiStone

Our custom stone countertop fabrication operation is seeking a qualified and experienced Account/Customer Service Representative! This position will be responsible for the successful management of a large volume of account orders from start to finish, processing it through various phases of field operations and production. The position will liaise with suppliers and clients, gathering information from all parties for accurate project processing. Previous experience in any administrative role within the construction industry would be a strong benefit. Candidate must be a strong multi-tasker, highly efficient and able to excel under pressure.


  • Data entering & processing
  • Estimating - Ability to read blue prints or cabinet plans is a strong benefit
  • Schedule coordination between sales agents and clients
  • Specification sourcing and accurate documentation thereof
  • Incoming client assistance
  • Multi-line inbound phone call answering
  • Assisting clients with material selection


  • Previous experience in project management and customer service - minimum 3 years
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proven Leadership Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
