Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Site Development Manager to oversee and coordinate the planning, design, and execution of residential site development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, civil engineering, and site development, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, and Ensure all site development activities align with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and Foster effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Site Assessments: Conduct site inspections to evaluate land conditions, identify potential challenges, and determine feasibility for residential development.
• Permits and Approvals: Secure all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and Address any compliance or regulatory issues that may arise.
• Budget Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates, track expenditures, and ensure projects stay within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Construction Oversight: Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety Address any issues or delays promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all aspects of site development meet high-quality standards and specifications, maintaining the integrity of the overall project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in residential site development or a similar
• Strong knowledge of land development processes, construction management, and local zoning regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet

• Proficiency in project management software and

Work Environment

The Residential Site Development Manager will split their time between the office and on-site locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Sales and Design Consultant. The Kitchen Sales and Design Consultant will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing expert guidance throughout the kitchen remodeling process. We are looking for someone with a sales background and a proactive mindset. Our company partners with quality manufacturers and professional service on all aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We offer an aggressive commission-based sales position with high upside, six month guarantee with benefits.

Expectations:

• Alignment with the company vision and core values
• Present quality kitchen and bath designs and estimates according to the client’s needs
• Meet and exceed sales objectives for assigned and prospective clients
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, produce use, and payment terms.
• Provide value-added, after-sale service and support to nurture customer relationships and loyalty
• Track and report customer contacts, leads and sales
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• At least two years of proven sales experience in the kitchen industry with a strong ability to close the deal
• Excellent fluency in Microsoft Office and related programs
• Moderate to expert working knowledge of computers, web-based software
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations

Kitchen Design Solutions is looking for a full-time kitchen designer to join our team!

This position is for a full-time in-house kitchen designer and includes the following responsibilities:

• Working with our builders/clients to gain an understanding of their needs
• Read, understand, and transfer information from blueprints
• Design kitchen and bathroom cabinetry using 2020
• Produce construction drawings, floorplans, and elevations
• Process material quotes
• Place and confirm orders with our supply partners
• Work closely with our other team members

The candidate must be highly motivated and possess a passion for design. We are designing spaces that families will build memories in for decades, improving the heart of homes!

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with 2020 design software
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• Adobe Acrobat
• Online Project management program

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2 plus years experience in the kitchen cabinet or related industry
• Experience running the 2020 design program
• A degree in interior design or architecture
