The Sales & Marketing Council of Greater Savannah exists to represent professionals within the building industry by serving its members and affiliated partners through education, recognition, networking, and career development. As knowledge providers, we are committed to seeking strategic marketing and sales solutions that optimize the individual and corporate achievements of our membership as they strive to meet the housing needs of all Americans.

Tonja Hathaway

Since 2010, Tonja has been an active member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah and has served on the board for the Sales & Marketing Council since 2020. Tonja has also been on the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah Board of Directors since 2023 and has served on numerous events committees during her tenure. Tonja is dedicated to the Savannah Community and was recognized as Mortgage Lender of the Year in 2022.

20th Annual Summit Awards
Deadline for entries is March 22, 2024. If you submit on or before 4:30 pm on the 22nd, the registration fee per entry will only be $125. Late entries will be accepted until March 29th with the additional $50 late fee.

The Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah’s Sales and Marketing Council announces the 2025 SMC Diamond Event (the “Diamond Event”) Program. The purpose of this program is to promote the sale of new homes constructed by the Home Builders Association’s builder members and to reward SMC members who participate in this program by selling new homes.
