SAVANNAH, GA – Bryan Wardlaw, Land Development & Acquisition Manager for Landmark 24 Homes was recently installed as the 68th President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah (HBA). Bryan’s father and HBA Past President, Jack Wardlaw, officially installed Bryan at a black-tie ceremony that took place at the JW Marriott with over 200 members, family, and friends in attendance.
Raised in Savannah, GA, Wardlaw graduated from The Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia and is committed to delivering high-quality developments while fostering strong relationships with the community.
As the Development Manager for Landmark 24 Homes, he has overseen projects across multiple municipalities allowing him to be well versed in all areas of development. His hands-on approach ensures that each project is meticulously planned and executed, resulting in communities that reflect both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Bryan is actively involved in various organizations such as the City of Savannah Impact Fee Committee and the R.I.S.E. Housing work Group.
Wardlaw joined the HBA of Greater Savannah in 2016 and became a Board Member in 2018. Bryan took on a leadership role serving as the Associations Secretary in 2022, Treasurer in 2023, Vice President in 2024 and will now serve as the 2025 President. Bryan is married to Amanda Wardlaw, and they have two sons, Jack and Chase.
Other Officers installed at the annual event were Tara Boyer of Intrinsic Home Builders as Vice President, Steven Smith of Smith Family Homes as Treasurer, Kortney Kirsch of Kevin Kirsch New Homes as Secretary and Lisa Shuman of Colony Bank as the Associate Vice President. Mortgage Lender, Tonja Hathaway of Guild Mortgage will serve as Chairman of the Sales & Marketing Council and Austin Amick of First Coast Mortgage will serve as Chairman of the Young Professionals Group.
2025 Board Members for the Greater Savannah HBA, Sales & Marketing Council, and Young Professionals Group were also installed at the event.
The James C. Wilson, Jr. Builder Member of the Year Award was presented to Mark Konter of Konter Quality Homes for his continued support and dedication to the HBA and in the Government Affairs arena. Outgoing President, Josh Waters presented Presidential Awards to Mandy Grubbs of Atlanta Gas Light Company and Bryan Wardlaw of Landmark 24 Homes. Rodney Rawls of Rawls Realty was awarded the Woody Woodward Memorial Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions by an Associate member. In addition, Tonja Hathaway received the Sales & Marketing Council Member of the Year Award.
The 1997 Past President and longtime member, Andrew J. Davis, and former Associate Vice President and longtime member, Byron Loomis were both presented with the coveted Hall of Fame Award for their lifelong contributions to the Building Industry.
